How long does it take to get a title loan?

We can get you money today handed to you directly.  

How long do I have to pay back the title loan?

We structure the loans for 2 to 3 years, sometimes on much larger loans more.

I wanted a short term loan. Is this different?

You can pay the loan back at anytime you want, not in regard to the loan document and there is no prepayment penalty.  

What documents are needed?

• Copy of your drivers license
• Original Title
• Insurance
• References
• Proof of residence (verify where you live)
• Proof that you have some income of at least $1500 a month 

Should I come to your office first?

We have two processes. Pre-loan and funding. Pre-loan must be done over the phone, internet and fax. Funding is face to face. We do this because it saves us valuable field personnel and allows us to more people in customer service to speed up the process. Instead of having staff waiting for people to come in, they can help hundreds of people a day by all being in the same place.  

How is a Title Loan different from an Auto Pawn?

Auto Pawns mean you leave the car. Title Loans mean you do not. You never have the car leave your control. Auto Pawns is different. You may have heard the term Pink Slip loan. These are also Title Loans. Usually only Auto Pawns use the term exactly.

Do I need to be employed?

We need you to have income of some sort. We don't mind if you are retired or on disability or even self employed. We just need to know you have the means to pay us back. Remember, we are not buying your car, just loaning money to you on your car title.  

I was rejected by my bank because of my credit. IS this going to be an issue with you?

We do look at credit but for 2 things. One, you cannot be in active bankruptcy and the other not doing credit counseling. Bad credit is perfectly okay with us.  

My car has another loan on it. What do I do now?

Depends on how many payments you have left. If it is a couple we can take care of them in the loan.

I live in California but my car is titled in another state. Is this a problem?

Yes, you need to have the car titled in California.

My mortgage (or rent) is late. Is this a problem?

Not at all. We just want to verify where you live, not that your rent is late or mortgage is a concern to us.  

Do I have to have a checking account at the bank?

If you own your own company (self employed) then yes. Otherwise no.

How does my car title get changed at the DMV?

We handle all car title loan transactions at the DMV for you.
